The Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) website (https://pserpk.com/) and all related services are operated by the Government of the Punjab through the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and the Punjab Social Protection Authority.

1. Official Source

This is the only official website and portal of the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry. Any other website, mobile app, or social media page claiming to offer PSER registration or benefits is unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.

2. No Fees or Agents

Registration with PSER is completely free of cost.
No agent, middleman, or third party is authorized to charge money for registration, verification, or release of benefits. If anyone demands payment, immediately report to the helpline 0800-02345 or the Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab.

3. Accuracy of Information

While every effort is made to keep the information on this website accurate and up-to-date, the Government of the Punjab does not warrant or guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or reliability. Program rules, eligibility criteria, and benefit amounts may change without prior notice.

4. Eligibility & Benefits Not Guaranteed

Registration in PSER does not automatically guarantee receipt of any financial assistance, ration, Himmat Card, or other benefits. Eligibility is determined through a transparent verification and poverty scorecard (PMT) process. Decisions made by the competent authority are final.

5. No Liability for Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to external government websites (NADRA, BISP, banks, etc.). The Government of the Punjab is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such external sites.

6. Service Availability

The PSER portal and helpline are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access.

7. Fraud Warning

Beware of fake calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages asking for money, OTPs, or bank details in the name of PSER. Government officials will never ask for such information through unofficial channels.

8. Governing Law

This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab.
