Message from the Honourable Chief Minister of Punjab
Ramadan is a holy month, and for Muslims, helping others during this time holds a special place, as the deeds multiply manifold in the blessed month. After considering the importance of Ramadan and the difficulties faced by citizens suffering due to the prevailing economic crises, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched the historic “Negahbaan Ramzan Package” through PSER.
“The PSER Ramzan Package is a right of the poor and a duty of the government. People should get their rights with respect and dignity. People should not be made to stand in queues to get the package,” she said.
That is why this year, Insha’Allah, free rations worth over Rs. 15,000 will be delivered directly to the doorsteps of deserving households with utmost respect — no lines, no waiting, no humiliation.
What is the Ramzan Relief Package 2026?
The Ramzan Relief Package 2026 is a special welfare programme designed for low-income families who have registered with PSER.
Every eligible household will receive a FREE ration worth more than Rs. 15,000 directly at home or through designated collection points during the holy month of Ramzan 1447 AH (2026).
Package Contains (10 kg + items)
- 10 kg Supreme/Qila/Fine Atta (flour)
- 2 kg Sugar
- 2 kg Ghee/Oil
- 1 kg Besan (gram flour)
- 1 kg Chana Daal
- 1 kg White Chana
- 2 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 kg Dates (Khajoor)
- 1 liter Rooh Afza / Jam-e-Shireen
- 800 g Milk Powder (Everyday/Nido/Millac)
- 2 packets Tea (Tapal/Lipton 190–200 g)

Who is Eligible?

Only families already registered and verified in PSER with:
- PMT Score 0–40 (automatic qualification)
- OR currently receiving any PSER/BISP cash stipend, Himmat Card, or Negahbaan program benefit
No new registration is required – if you are already in PSER and your PMT score is low, you will be automatically included!

Delivery Method
- Doorstep delivery in most districts (starting 15 Sha’baan)
- Collection from nearest Punjab Govt Model Bazaar or designated center (SMS will inform you)
- Special arrangements for disabled, elderly, and female-headed households
